I believe we are looking for better answers to lots of the questions towards feeling better physically and mentally. If we look towards what and how we eat we can see a lot of the answers right in front of us like are we eating enough greens,drinking enough water and getting enough sleep. Those three factors can help us fight that endless battle we have with ourselves daily.
