In the midst of 33 hills on Summit Ave which equals out to a marathon of hills 26.36 miles

Timing is everything, if you are going to put your body through the rigors of say a marathon of Summit Ave in Brookline, MA it is better to do it in the Fall as opposed to the winter.

Our bodies are more resilient when the Temp is more tepid, instead of say mid August when it’s in the 90’s or in February when it’s 20 degrees because it has to do so much in those temps to keep it’s temp steady…
